Neal was always a step ahead, advising us of areas and its benefits. When we got to a short list of houses, he went to them all, gave us his best opinion and facetimed us so we could do a pre-walk through the house and its surrounding neighborhood Once we arrived in town to see a large number of houses, we quickly found that Neal helped more than you know, not just the house itself, it was in total regarding the neighborhood and schools for our 3 children. He negotiated hard for us on the house we set our sights on and did the deal always going the extra mile. Once the house was purchased, Neal assisted us to ensure the house was ready for us to move in straight away and even went to the house the day before we moved it to make sure everything was working and the air conditioning was on for our late night arrival to the house. Neal even left us a gift card for a great restaurant near the house so we could find a great first meal in Friendswood !  We cannot say enough about Neal and his team.
